Hotel Fenix - Sunny Beach

Insufficient number of sun loungers!!! Arriving early just to claim a spot is unnecessary!!! The poor maintenance of pool facilities and noise levels at night disrupted the stay!!! Needs serious improvement!!!

Line one. Swimming pool. The sea's a two-minute walk away.

Poor breakfast and dinner (semi-finished products). The pool is open until 6:00 p.m. Paid wi-fi (8 levs per day). Massage therapist services are also available until 6:00 p.m. They don't serve drinks for dinner.

The aesthetics of the hotel were lovely, but unfortunately, it was marred by the filthy room and the staff's rudeness. Woudl ve been fantastic if they had offered a complimentary upgrade, since I certainly deserved better. Such a pity, almost gave a glowing review, just couldn't overlook these issues.

The free bar offered a variety of drinks between 11am-10pm. Especially the barman, provided excellent service. The pool view from our balcony was a lovely touch.

The breakfast was good, but it remained the same throughout the week, made dining feel repetitive.

This place suits me perfectly, with the outdoor swimming pool, bar/lounge area, and free wi-fi in public areas. The staff helped my elderly parents on my first stay. I recommend visiting the gym for a quick workout! I'm coming back for a city trip.

Perfect beach vibes!

The location was spot on! Just a short walk to the beach. We loved having a kitchenette in our room, made it easy to prep quick meals. The breakfast could really use some work. You'll def struggle to find a good sun lounger. People are up at dawn reserving spots. Still, had a fun time overall!

It was just a great match for a lightning stop in Sunny Beach with fantastic value for money. The staff replaced our towels daily, keeping everything clean. Make sure to look for dining options outside the hotel. They're often much better and cheaper.

I had a pretty decent stay here. The bar offered an awesome free selection of drinks, and I loved that the breakfast was consistently good. They only had one type of soup at each meal, which got a bit boring.

Stayed for 5 nights and the location was choice, close to the beach. But man, the breakfast was pretty average every day, and the air conditioning was a struggle!

The family room was spacious with a huge balcony overlooking the pool area, a perfect spot. Breakfast had its perks, but it was the poolside service and friendly atmosphere that really stood out.

our recent stay in sunny beach was great, but our stay at fenix was even better! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. the pool was clean and the food was tasty with plenty of options. the rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was friendly. we had a wonderful time at fenix.

I chose Fenix hotel specifically because I wanted to visit Old Nessebar, and its central location made it the perfect choice. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the additional amenities such as laundry facilities and a bar. The fact that there was a 24-hour front desk and WiFi internet at the reception were also great features. What I especially liked was that restaurants, bars, shops, nightlife, and the bus station were all within a 5-minute walk.

The hotel room was not very clean, with dirty beds and stained sheets. The cleaning staff were also not doing a very good job, either skipping parts of the room or not cleaning at all.
